New Diploma Thesis Opening: Proposal of Entry Strategy for the Polish Market
The Department of International Business is pleased to offer a new topic for a Diploma Thesis: Proposal of Entry Strategy for the Polish market. The thesis will be written based on the cooperation with the company Datainfo, which offers the option of regular consultations with experts from the company:
“Datainfo plans to expand abroad with specialized software for water supply companies in the medium and long term. We are looking for a fellow student who would work within his/her Diploma Thesis on the topic of Datainfo’s entry into the Polish market through partnership. As a part of our survey of foreign markets, Poland came out as one of the most promising. Specifically, we expect an analysis of the market situation and market size, an analysis of the specifics of partnership in software distribution and proposing specific steps for entry and development in the Polish market.
The assignment was preceded by a thorough survey of foreign markets, which will serve as a basis for orientation in the water supply market. The work will be strongly business-oriented on the individual possibilities of entering the Polish market, on the software specifics and on what needs to be solved when exporting it. It may also happen that the original assumptions will not be confirmed during the process of writing the thesis and, on the contrary, we come up with a new and better way to enter the Polish market. ”
