Researcher´s Night at VSE: An Escape Game on Cell Phone Impressed Most

On Friday, 30 September 2022, Noc vědců (Researcher’s night), an event meant to promote science and bring it closer to the general public, took place for the second time at the Prague University of Economics and Business. This year’s theme was financial literacy perceived through ALL SENSES, where participants could visit 7 fun stalls through an escape game called Money adventure: experience money for yourself.

On behalf of the Department of International Business (KMP) participated Ing. Alena Filipová, Ph.D., Ing. Veronika Mokrejšová, Ph.D, Ing. Mgr. Tomáš Sadílek, Ph.D., Ing. Jiří Zeman, Ph.D. and two representatives of a food bank, who prepared a program on food waste. They explained how to save money in food management by not throwing away food after its expiration date unless a problem is detected in a so-called sensoric test. Participants could also try tasting expired food or bread made from old bread.
