Students´ Success and Union of Forwarding and Logistics (Svaz expedice a logistiky)
The Department of International Business is delighted to share news of our students’ success.
As part of the 2MO500 course, a group of students – Vojtěch Dán, Bohuš Hrnek, and Adam Juřina – developed a project focusing on the so-called Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), which is currently being introduced. They also evaluated the stance of the expert public on this topic and the possibilities of effective communication across the affected subjects. Key aspects of the mechanism’s operation, as well as the results of the project, were discussed and opposed by the Union of Forwarding and Logistics. The Union’s Executive Director, Dr. Rožek, appreciated the students’ work and promised to use the project results to improve communication and minimize the potential negative impacts of the measures being adopted in the business sphere.
Congratulations to our students on their achievement!”
