The Department of International Business is pleased to share that Ing. Jitka Volfová, PhD, had the chance to take part in the event Future of Export Summit 2024 organized by Czech Trade. Aside from the “general” opportunity to keep up to date and network with experts on International Trade; this time, the event was especially interesting for our colleague due to the panel focussing on ASEAN held in the afternoon.

“I appreciate the chance to connect with experts on the ASEAN region, Ondřej Puchinger from CzechTrade, and also with Richard Fibiger, who were very kind and agreed on cooperation within my new course Dealing with Asian Business Partners, which will be part of the new Minor Specialization: Asian Studies guaranteed by my colleague doc. Simultaneously, I was very happy to meet also already familiar faces Tomáš Rak and Michal Obručník from Komerční Banka who we already cooperate on a regular basis.
