BIP: “Advanced Data Analytics” by Varna University of Management

Our students successfully arrived in Varna on Sunday, 26th May 2024, to take part in a short-term blended intensive program (BIP) hosted by Varna University of Management. The BIP is named “Advanced Data Analytics” and targets students who want to delve into the complexities of big data analytics and business intelligence/data warehousing. Students will be trained in areas such as data interpretation, statistical analysis, application of analytics and data science in business functions, and human resource management, and will be informed about the implications of data use in various contexts.

The whole BIP is carried out from Monday 27th until Friday 31st 2024 in the beach resort of Albena and classes, taught by local experts, are usually scheduled from 9:30 until 15:30. On Friday, the participating students coming from seven universities of four different countries (Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania) will be offered a cultural trip to the ancient city of Nessebar, listed by UNESCO.
The four students from the Prague University of Economics were recruited from current and former participants of the International Business Operations course by a broad internal call. The Department of International Business thanks the Varna University of Management for this opportunity and wishes all participants a high-level education and positive memories.
