Ing. Mgr. Tomáš Sadílek, Ph.D. among the Best-Ealuated Lecturers
The Department of International Business is pleased to share that our colleague, Ing. Mgr. Tomáš Sadílek, PhD, placed among the best-evaluated lecturers at the Faculty of International Relations, Prague University of Economics and Business in the summer semester 2023/2024. At the end of every semester, students have the opportunity to evaluate their teachers in terms of quality, professionalism, preparedness and other criteria, and there must be at least 20 evaluations for a teacher to be considered.
Congratulations!
“We consider the anonymous evaluation of teaching by students – whether it is the lecturers or individual courses – to be a crucial and valuable source of authentic information from the most important group – the students themselves. This not only allows us to better make changes to existing courses and benchmark them against others but also to evaluate the quality of teaching by individual teachers. Comments and data are continuously analysed every semester by course guarantors, heads of departments and faculty management, ” explains Ing. Ondřej Sankot, Ph.D., the Vice Dean for Education, Faculty of International Relations.
Ing. Mgr. Tomáš Sadílek, Ph.D. focuses on the issues of consumer behaviour, retailing and social and sustainable entrepreneurship. Students can meet him in courses such as 2IB251 Global Operations and Logistics, 2OP336 Global Consumer Behaviour, 2IB354 Digital Marketing in the International Context and others.
