New Chapter by Dr. Yadira Ixchel Martínez Pantoja Published by Routledge

We are pleased to share that our colleague from the Department of International Business, Dr. Yadira Ixchel Martínez Pantoja, has contributed a chapter to a new publication released by the renowned publisher Routledge.

The chapter is titled “MNEs and Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships as a Strategic Element to Fulfill SDGs” and is part of the book Global Environmental, Social and Governance Policy.

The author describes her chapter as follows: “This chapter examines corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives involving multi-stakeholder partnerships to advance Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how these initiatives are utilized by multinational enterprises (MNEs) subscribed to the UN Global Compact.  The chapter identifies three types of outreaches of MNEs’ initiatives – global, regional, and local – and presents a set of CSR instruments for environmental sustainability, ranging from research centres to donations.”

Congratulations on this publishing achievement!
