FIR Students Participated in Erasmus+ BIP Programme in Salamanca

Five students from the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business (FIR VŠE) together with one academic staff member from the Department of International Business participated in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled “Foreign Policy and Business Strategies in Contemporary Geopolitics” hosted by the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (UPSA), Spain, from 11 to 15 May 2026.

The programme combined a virtual component held in April 2026 with an in-person intensive week in Salamanca. Altogether, approximately 30 participants from several European countries (e.g., Norway, Romania and Belgium), took part in the programme.

FIR would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Bruno Macciotta Pulisci for organising the programme and to Ms. Anneke Schröder from the UPSA Office of International Mobility and Cooperation (Movilidad y Cooperación Internacional) for her administrative support throughout the event.

This academic year, FIR has nominated its students to six different BIPs – six students travelled to Denmark, five to the Netherlands, nine to Spain (five to Salamanca and four to Santiago de Compostela), and six to Croatia (one to Rijeka and five to Split).
