Lecture of Martina Lowe on Luxury Brands Communication in the time of Cholera

On November 10th, 2020, within the course Luxury Marketing (2MO440), the Department of International Business had pleasure to host an online lecture of Mrs. Martina Lowe.

Martina Lowe has been working as a marketing & PR consultant for luxury brands, e.g. Louis Vuitton, DIOR, Moet&Hennessy, Bvlgari, Hublot, Carollinum Group (Dunhill, Montblanc, Simple Concept Store, Carollinum), Swarovski, L’Institute Guerlain, Tous. She was a founding partner of the first Czech polo club, La Republica Polo.

The topic of the lecture was digital age and luxury in time of COVID-19, with special focus on Bvlgary brand practices in the Czech Republic. Mrs. Lowe spoke about classical versus digital media, international and Czech market insights, importance of influencers, and how they are used in marketing of luxury brand. She presented the case study of integrated cooperation with Bvlgary brand ambassador/ influencer, featuring Eva Dolezalova.
