Embassy of Canada to the Czech Republic is offering a good opportunity for a short term working experience. The Embassy is looking for eligible candidates for the administrative support of the Trade Section. The requirement is 5 days/week work (with max. 90 days worked/year following the start of the employment, with potential extension to 125 days). The expected start is June 2022. Hourly salary 199 CZK/hour.
The successful candidate should be fluent in English (C2), Czech (native). French is an asset.
The responsibilities will include:
Administrative support: making photocopies, receiving telephone calls and visitors, preparing materials such as letters, reports, making travel and accommodation arrangements, scheduling meetings, assisting with pre-visit arrangements and hospitality events, ordering office supplies, translation of documents
Research and Analysis: research and compilation of information, entering data in computerized systems and maintaining records, files, lists and databases, referring services inquires as appropriate, may be asked to respond to inquiries related to services.
